i didnt know jetstar can change my flight timings just like that.
we made calls to jetstar for an explanation. they said they're not sure. -.-
seriously.
dont they inform everyone in the company whats going on?
apparently they dont do compensation, only refunds.
wtf.
went thru all the shit to get the best rates and timings, ended up have to accommodate with the changes.
fucked up.
if refund, i have to search all over again and the rates would definitely be more ex now.
argh.
