my lecturer was showing some vids today.

this woman was late and missed the flight. she made a big fuss at the airport. husband felt embarrassed.
quite funny.

this vid is abt a song writer who ordered a taylor guitar from overseas for USS25,000. United didnt handle the stuff well. and they broke the guitar. the man complained and asked for compensation, for over a year. but nobody did anything. they were indifferent abt it. so as a song writer, he wrote a song abt the incident. and now, united use this song to educate their staff.
